- Energy & resource efficiency: We significantly improved electricity consumption by optimizing chiller and pump operations.
- Expansion of Vị Garden: We expanded our integrated garden to supply key herbs like basil and mint directly to our kitchens, reducing our dependency on external supply chains.
- Waste-to-soil initiatives: We introduced probiotic composting to transform food waste into nutritious soil for our crops.
- Digital transformation: We launched a comprehensive hotel directory app in five languages and shifted to e-invoicing to drastically reduce paper and ink usage.
- Water refilling stations: We added filtered water stations throughout our buildings, allowing guests to refill bottles and helping us reduce plastic waste.

- Employee Flea Markets: We organized staff flea markets to resell unclaimed items, with all proceeds funding CSR activities like beach clean-ups and tree planting.
- Bee Farm experience: We introduced a weekly tour to a local bee farm, where we educate guests on biodiversity while sourcing local honey for our breakfast service.
