Welcome to Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly ask for your attention to the following important guidelines:

1. Mandatory Check-In Requirements

All guests must present valid identification upon arrival:

• Foreign guests: Passport with valid entry/exit visa.
• Vietnamese residents: National ID card.
• Please present these documents at Reception for check-in formalities.

2. Payment Guarantee – Required

A payment guarantee is mandatory at check-in, either by:

• Cash (in valid currency)
• Credit card.

The Reception will inform you of the required amount. This deposit is refundable upon check-out, after room inspection for any damages or missing items.

3. Smoke-Free Policy

Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc maintains a smoke-free policy inside all guest rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the resort for guests who wish to smoke.

A cleaning fee of VND 3,000,000 will be applied to any room where smoking has occurred, as the room must be taken out of service for 24 hours for deep cleaning and odor removal.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Check-out time: 12:00.
• Late check-out until 18:00: 50% of room rate.
• After 18:00: Full night charge.

5. In-Room Restrictions

• Cooking and laundry are not permitted in rooms not equipped for such purposes.

• Pets are not allowed in the Resort.

6. Visitors Policy

• All visitors must be registered at the Front Desk before entering guest rooms and must leave by 10:00 PM.

7. Dress Code

• Please wear appropriate attire in all public areas. Swimwear must be covered when visiting restaurants and outlets.

8. Luggage Storage

• We’re happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, subject to space availability and within a limited time frame.

9. Room Security and Valuables

• Always lock your door when leaving or entering your room.
• Use the in-room electronic safe for valuables. The Resort is not responsible for items not secured in the safe.
• Upon check-out, please ensure the safe is empty and left open.

10. Prohibited Items & Activities

• Strictly forbidden on Resort premises:
• Weapons, explosives, flammables, narcotics, durians, animals, or oversized items.
• Prostitution, gambling, or any illegal activities.

11. Room & Resort Etiquette

• Please avoid damaging or misusing room furnishings. Charges apply for any damage.
• Excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted.
• Do not switch rooms, sublet, or exceed the registered number of guests without notifying Reception.
• All incoming packages are subject to security inspection.

12. Violations

• Any breach of Resort policies, including noise complaints, misuse of facilities, or illegal behavior, may result in immediate eviction without refund.
