A little clarity goes a long way in keeping your accommodation sparkling and your stay delightful!

1. Don’t Trash Your Treasure

To help us keep things tidy and avoid misunderstandings, please place all unwanted items directly in the trash bin. Sometimes guests wrap personal items in tissues, and we wouldn’t want to toss something valuable by mistake!

 2. Caring for Linens

If linens are used for heavy cleaning or soiled beyond normal use, a cleaning or a replacement fee may apply. We appreciate your help in keeping them fresh for everyone.

 3. Room Service Courtesy

If you have ordered food from our F&B team, please call Room Service when you are finished. Otherwise, Housekeeping will assume you are still enjoying your meal and leave it as is.

 4. Drinkware Refresh

Used cups and glasses in your room will be cleaned by Housekeeping during service. No need to worry—we’ve got it covered!

 5. Villa Kitchenware

Kitchenware in villas can be cleaned by Housekeeping for a dishwashing fee of VND 750,000 per session. Just let us know if you’d like to use this service.

 6. Tidy Check-Outs

If the room or villa is left especially messy at check-out, a cleaning surcharge of VND 750,000 may apply. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming space for all guests.

 7. Extra Cleaning Available

Once clean, a day keeps your mess away. Need an extra tidy-up? We are happy to help for VND 750,000 per bedroom.

 8. Kitchen Rental in Residences

We offer rentals at:

• VND 1,000,000 for one-bedroom units
• VND 1,500,000 for two-bedroom units

 9. Minibar Refills: Minibar items in villa fridges are not automatically refilled. If you would like a top-up, just call Housekeeping.

 10. Water Bottle Exchange

Complimentary water bottles are replaced one-for-one. Simply leave the empty bottle and we’ll swap it with a fresh one.

 11. Bugged by Bugs

Guest: “Oops, I left my balcony door open, and now I have a tiny lizard roommate!”

Housekeeping: “Welcome to island life! We’ve got pest control on standby—just give us a ring!” 

This is a tropical island, and bugs love the light! We conduct regular pest control and offer in-room treatments upon request, but some natural visitors may still sneak in—especially if doors are left open.
