In July 2025, Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc proudly achieved the Green Globe Certificate, a globally recognized symbol of sustainability in tourism. This milestone reflects our deep commitment to protecting the planet and continuously improving our eco-friendly practices.

In the spirit of keeping our world clean and green, we’ve implemented several initiatives to reduce waste, conserve energy, and inspire environmental awareness among our guests and community:

1. Good Night Card – Bed Linens

Help us save water and energy by reusing your bed linens. Place the Good Night Card on your bed if you’d like them changed; otherwise, we’ll simply refresh and arrange them neatly.

2. Bath Towel Card

Reuse your towels to reduce laundry impact. Hang them back on the rack to use again, or leave them on the floor for a fresh one.

3. Glass Water Bottles – Refillable

Each room receives 4 reusable glass bottles daily, replacing single-use plastics. Return them for refills — a small fee of VND 50,000 applies only for lost bottles.

4. Water Refill Stations – Bring Your Own Bottle

To further reduce plastic waste, we’ve installed water refill stations at each building. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bottles and refill them anytime — a simple step that makes a big difference.

5. Air Conditioner – Smart Energy Saving

To conserve energy, your air conditioner will automatically switch off if the balcony door is open or not fully closed, keeping your room cool efficiently.

6. Swimming Pool Towel Card – One Card, One Towel

Each guest receives one towel per card. Feel free to exchange your towel for a fresh one during your pool time — this helps us monitor usage and reduce laundry waste.
