With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Mukesh has built an impressive culinary journey across India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, China, Tonga Island, and Vietnam. After graduating in Hotel Management from Dehradun, he began his career at a five-star property under the Raheja Group in Mumbai, marking the beginning of a lifelong passion for gastronomy.

A true expert in authentic Indian cuisine, Chef Mukesh is renowned for his ability to blend traditional flavors with modern culinary techniques, creating dishes that are both distinctive and deeply flavorful. From the rich and creamy Butter Chicken to the refreshing Lemon Rice and vibrant Indian street food, each of his creations reflects his dedication, craftsmanship, and love for the culinary arts.
